Medical University of Warsaw

The Medical University of Warsaw (MUW) is one of the oldest medical schools in Poland. Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology

The Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology (INCT) was established in 1983. It had been formerly operating since 1955 as the Chemistry Division of the former Institute of Nuclear Research. The activities of the INCT include basic research, development and applications as well as various services related to the profile of its activities. Since the early sixties, the Institute has played a leading role in developing and implementing nuclear technologies, methods and instruments in the country. Nowadays the Institute is one of the most advanced centres in the field of radiation chemistry and technology, application of nuclear methods in material engineering and process engineering, design and production of instruments based on nuclear techniques, radioanalytical techniques, environmental research and radiobiology.

University of Warsaw

The University of Warsaw (UW) is among the top 3% of the world’s best universities. According to international rankings, it also is the best university in Poland and one of the leading ones in this region of Europe. The University of Warsaw holds very good positions in comparative evaluations of the quality of education, in particular study programmes, such as the Quacquarelli Symonds World University Ranking and Eduniversal Best Masters and MBA Worldwide. 17 programmes provided by UW have been listed in QS World University Rankings by Subject 2019. 11 subjects run by UW were ranked in the Shanghai Ranking of Academic Subjects 2019 (Physics and Mathematics were ranked 51-75 worldwide). University of Bergen

The University of Bergen (UiB) is characterised by proven and reliable European research traditions and is amongst the leading research and educational institutions. These are values that are currently being challenged and must therefore be emphasised and defended.  The University of Bergen is an internationally recognised research university. Norwegian Institute for Air Research 

Norwegian Institute for Air Research (NILU) is an independent, nonprofit institution established in 1969. Through its research NILU increases the understanding of processes and effects of climate change, of the composition of the atmosphere, of air quality and of hazardous substances. Based on its research, NILU markets integrated services and products within the analytical, monitoring and consulting sectors. NILU is concerned with increasing public awareness about climate change and environmental pollution. NILU’s near 200 researchers, technicians and other experts are primarily commissioned by the Research Council of Norway and by Norwegian and international industry and government agencies. The institute takes an active part in the EU’s research programs.

NorGenoTech AS

NorGenoTech AS (NGT) is a biomedical technology company providing efficient analysis of DNA damage. NGT arose from the success of the EC project COMICS in making improved high throughput methods for analysis of DNA damage and repair.
